- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.53 per mile \n
- Coverage Area: Washington, Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth Counties \n

- Active Wisconsin RN License \n
- Hospice experience required \n
- Wound Care experience required \n
- Current BLS/CPR Certification \n
- Valid Driver's License \n
- Reliable Vehicle with Current Auto Insurance \n
- HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience highly preferred \n
- MatrixCare or other EMR experience accepted \n
