American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care community hospital in Georgetown, KY.
Details- Position is based in the Diagnostic Radiology department of a 75-bed acute care community hospital serving Scott and Franklin Counties in central Kentucky
- Patient population includes geriatric and pediatric patients
- 10-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- No call requirements
- 13-week contract
- Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience required
- Rural community hospital experience required
- AHA certifications required prior to start
- Active state license required if applicable
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
- Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
- Navy blue scrubs required; hoodies and sweatshirts are not permitted
- First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but all required certifications must be in place prior to start
