📍 Lawton, OK | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🏥 Certified Surgical Technologist – Evenings
\n Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for a CST with strong Operating Room experience who is committed to maintaining a sterile environment and supporting the surgical team throughout all phases of patient care.
\n Responsibilities:
\n Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
\n Scrub and assist surgeons during a variety of operative cases
\n Prepare, organize, and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
\n Perform accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts
\n Ensure patient safety through proper site verification, fire safety checks, and equipment readiness
\n Safely pass instruments and sharps while maintaining sterile technique
\n Clean and prepare operating rooms according to established protocols
\n Requirements:
\n Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
\n Current BLS Certification
\n Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room/Scrub Tech experience
\n Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical safety practices
\n Assignment Details:
\n Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
\n 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n No on-call requirements
\n Holiday coverage required
\n Allscripts EMR experience preferred
Patterns Hiring Job ID #295495-10. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
