\n DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units.

\n\n

*$5,000 Bonus available*

\n\n

Locations/Required Travel: Marshfield (primary), Weston (secondary), Eau Claire (as needed)

\n

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

\n\n

Pay Range: $35-$49/hr (final determination based on relevant experience)

\n\n

\n

\n What You’ll Do:

\n

\n
• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
\n
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
\n
• Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
\n
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs
\n
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment
\n

\n

\n What to Expect:

\n
• No dialysis experience required-paid training provided
\n
• Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between locations as needed
\n
• Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
\n
• Daily schedules may change based on patient needs
\n

\n

\n Requirements:

\n\n\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of practice
\n
• ADN required; BSN preferred
\n
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
\n
• CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
\n
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
\n
