Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Conduct patient evaluations to determine treatment needs and goals.
\n
• Perform ADLs, transfers, safety, and therapeutic exercises instruction to patients.
\n
• Provide family and patient education on physical therapy techniques and health maintenance.
\n
• Utilize balance, gait systems, and typical rehab gym equipment for patient treatments.
\n
• Document patient progress using Meditech (Expanse) system accurately and timely.
\n
• Participate in weekend rotation as required by facility scheduling needs.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
\n
• Current BLS certification required.
\n
• Experience with SNF is preferable.
\n
• Proficiency with Meditech (Expanse) documentation system.
\n
• Ability to adapt to a new hospital and unit environment effectively.
\n
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-bed-count rehabilitation unit preferred.
\n
