• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM — no on-call duties required.
• Clinical Responsibilities: 2 days in clinic and 3 days in surgery each week.
• Patient Load: Manage 25 to 30 patients per shift.
• Practice Settings: Experience in both inpatient and outpatient environments is necessary.
• Required Skills: Proficiency in robotic surgery, laparoscopic techniques, and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Experience Needed: Familiarity with radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy is essential.
• Additional Procedures: Skills in percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopy are required.
• Other Competencies: Experience with penile prosthesis and incontinence procedures is necessary.
