Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Neonate to geriatric patients with respiratory issues. Assists with intubations, vent experience, nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP, and ABG collection. Uses BiPAP V60s/V30s, Penton Bennett 840 ventilators, and Hamilton and Enve transport vents. 2 RTs per shift; house supervisor available 24/7.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation every third weekend; open to every weekend if preferred. Holiday rotation required. Minimal on-call.

Floating Requirements: Float throughout the hospital.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
