Job Title

Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location

Gloucester, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Work 12-hour day shifts with a requirement of 3–4 weekends per month
• Float to a nearby facility as needed based on staffing requirements
• Maintain compliance with all facility onboarding requirements, including vaccination protocols
• Complete a telemetry competency assessment on the first day of assignment (pass/fail)

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2+ years of telemetry experience required
• Minimum 1 year of previous travel nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) required
• TNCC certification required
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding — declinations are not accepted
• Must have a minimum 6-month separation from this facility (permanent, per diem, or contract) to be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between multiple units or facilities
• Strong adaptability and ability to perform in high-acuity emergency environments
