TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a primarily Medical Surgical population on a telemetry-capable unit
• Care for patients with respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, diabetes, surgical and surgical observation cases, palliative, end-of-life, hospice, and psychiatric observation needs
• Accurately document all patient care activities and assessments using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to other facility campuses within the health system as needed
• Complete required onboarding modules and pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance and orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts permitted; study materials not provided)
• EPIC electronic health records experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; current driver's license required at submission to verify address

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience as a Charge RN
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
