Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intermediate care unit serving as a bridge between PCU and ICU levels of care
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients requiring close observation and intervention
• Administer and titrate critical drips with accuracy and clinical judgment
• Maintain a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio while delivering safe, high-quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and transitions

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in medication management, including critical drips
• Experience caring for ventilated patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity intermediate care or progressive care environment
• Familiarity with ICU-level monitoring and interventions
