About the Role:

As a Clinical Liaison, you will serve as a liaison between our center and the medical community, including hospitals, physicians, and insurance providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in collaboration with healthcare providers

• Facilitating communication between healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care delivery

• Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to promote mutual understanding and respect

• Participating in clinical education and training programs to stay updated on best practices and protocols

• Assisting with quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement meaningful changes

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
