About This Role
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Discovery Coordinator Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Coordinator with a range of tasks including mandated workshops, enrollment, and database entry. Your ability to work well with youth and serve as a chaperone on field trips will be invaluable. You will also have the opportunity to track academic progress and provide assistance with college entry applications and research college scholarships. A minimum of a college degree in Education or a combination of education and related work experience is required. Excellent oral, written, and public relations skills are essential. A valid Driver's License, satisfactory driving record, and Criminal Background check are also mandatory.
What You'll Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Coordinator with:
- mandated workshops, enrollment, and application process
- database entry
- working with youth and serving as a chaperone on field trips
- tracking academic progress
- assisting with college entry applications and research college scholarships
- having a minimum of a college degree in Education or a combination of education and related work experience
- possessing good oral, written, and public relations skills
- having a valid Driver's License, satisfactory driving record, and Criminal Background check
