Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in our substance abuse treatment programs, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

• Conduct group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with medical staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes

• Adhere to established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri

• Experience working in substance abuse treatment settings, preferably in an LPN role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, with frequent bending and standing

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
