Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Indianapolis. My schedule may change days but time will not I would need to leave at 820 a.m. and I'd be home by 640 p.m. at the latest. We are working on potty training he needs reminded. He loves coloring and outside. We have a park near by. It is just him and I starting over so we don't have much.
