is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our accounting team. In this role, you'll oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple dealership locations while working closely with our HR and accounting teams to support employees across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple dealership locations
  • Review and verify time records, commissions, bonuses, and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and maintain accurate records
  • Support employee payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR and accounting

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous payroll experience required, preferably processing payroll for multiple locations or a large workforce
  • Dealership payroll experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is a plus
