Responsibilities
:
 

  • Lead, train, and motivate a highâ€'performing sales team   
  • Manage daily showroom operations and sales processes   
  • Drive performance in volume, gross, and customer satisfaction   
  • Oversee deal structure, desking, and inventory strategy   
  • Ensure compliance with Audi, VW and Volvo brand standards and sales programs   
  • Support a premium customer experience from first contact to delivery   
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience from start to finish. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. 

 
Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Auto Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry required. 
  • Import or luxury brand experience strongly preferred   
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills   
  • Proven track record in sales performance and team development   
  • Ability to thrive in a fastâ€'paced, customerâ€'focused environment   
  • The ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
