Responsibilities:

• Manage the business development center and internet sales operations.
• Oversee daily activities of the sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales management role is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive sales is a plus.
