Responsibilities:

You'll spend your days:

• Overseeing daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Leading and developing the service team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Managing service budgets and ensuring profitability.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Required:

• Proven experience in automotive service management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.

Preferred:

• ASE certifications.
• Experience with dealership operations.
• Familiarity with service management software
