Responsibilities:
You'll spend your days:
- Overseeing daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Leading and developing the service team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Managing service budgets and ensuring profitability.
- Implementing and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Required:
- Proven experience in automotive service management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
Preferred:
- ASE certifications.
- Experience with dealership operations.
- Familiarity with service management software
