 Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality painting and refinishing work on vehicles.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match.
• Apply paint and finishes using spray guns and other equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Required: Proven experience as a Body Shop Painter or Refinishing Technician.
• Required: Knowledge of painting techniques and color matching.
• Required: Ability to operate painting equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Required: Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Preferred: Certification from a recognized automotive training program.
• Preferred: Experience with various types of vehicles and finishes.
