Production Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading food production organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Pay Range: $19.81

Shift: 4pm - 2am Mon - Sat 

What's the Job?

• Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and operate qualified equipment in the department.
• Coordinate work and resolve production or equipment issues under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Adjust line speeds as necessary to meet production standards and maintain quality.
• Monitor food safety and quality critical limits, ensuring compliance at all times.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and company policies diligently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
