Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and facilities management industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: South Bend, Indiana

Pay Range: $28-$31/hr

Shift: Days (40 hour)

What's the Job?

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair motors and pumps
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• Participate in on-call, after hour calls as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to identify and maintain food service equipment
• Electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems
• Reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
