Our client, a dynamic organization committed to excellence and growth, is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, contributing to efficient office operations and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Location: Pendleton, SC

Pay Range: $18-21hr 

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research and preparing statistical reports
  • Handle information requests and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence
  • Receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings
  • Assist with billing invoices and manage documentation efficiently
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel, to complete tasks accurately

What's Needed?

  • Billing experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
