Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in filtration equipment, is seeking a USA|Welder 4 to join their team. As a USA|Welder 4, you will be part of the fabrication department supporting the production of high-quality filtration systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA|Welder 4

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $25- $28 per hour

Shift: AM SHIFT

What's the Job?

• Fabricate and weld filtration equipment, pipe, and structural components from blueprints and work orders
• Apply AWS welding symbols and codes accurately during fabrication
• Operate welding equipment including GMAW and FCAW processes
• Utilize tools such as preheat cutters, stud welders, and overhead cranes safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and procedures

What's Needed?

• Minimum of two years of welding and fabrication experience
• Proven knowledge of AWS welding symbols and codes
• Certification in AWS-1G unlimited thickness or ASTM Section 9 preferred
• Ability to select proper welding wires, shielding gases, and set equipment parameters
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to meet project deadlines
