Material Handler - Now Hiring

The Material Handler supports food manufacturing operations by safely moving, staging, and storing raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This role ensures accurate inventory handling while following all safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.
 

Job Title: Plant Material Handler (No Forklift)

Location: Lakeland Florida

Pay Range: $16.50

• Load and unload trailers, verifying counts and ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform physical movement and accurate system transactions for all materials, including scanning, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through timely and precise material movements and reporting.
• Safety use pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished product.
  Supply production and packaging lines with required materials to support continuous operation.
• Lifting correctly (heavy lifting/ pushing)

What’s Needed?

Ability to stand, walk, and operate material-handling equipment for extended periods.

• Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; occasionally more with assistance.
• Work in varying temperature environments (ambient, cold, or warm production areas).
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required."
