Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food items efficiently while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations by bussing tables and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed
• Assist in food handling, cooking, and packaging to ensure timely delivery of orders in a quick service environment
• Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during busy hours

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order totals
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with positive attitude and strong communication skills
