Oakley Transport is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with a minimum of 3+ years of tractor-trailer OTR experience to join our professional driving team. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a $7,500 Sign & Stay Experience Bonus, with $1,500 paid within the first 90 days of employment.

Compensation and Bonus Opportunities for Experienced Drivers

• Drivers consistently earn $1,600–$1,800+ per week
• Eligible for up to 12 CPM in additional bonuses
• $7,500 Sign & Stay Experience Bonus – $1,500 paid within the first 90 days
• Multiple run and home-time options based on driver location
• Paid orientation, including travel, hotel accommodations, and meals

Available Routes and Home Time for Experienced Tractor-Trailer Drivers

• New Route: Out-and-back run from Hot Springs, AR – limited positions available
• Regional routes primarily within the Southeast United States
• 90% direct customer freight
• Predictable, consistent home time for reliable schedule planning
• No-touch freight

Miles and Equipment

• 2,400–2,800 miles per week
• Brand-new and late-model Volvo and Peterbilt tractors
• Automatic transmissions
• Truck features include:
• Refrigerator, Bluetooth connectivity, adjustable premium mattress
• Ergonomic seating, APU, power inverter, pullout workstation, additional storage
• Collision avoidance system, flat-screen and microwave hookups

Minimum Qualifications for Experienced CDL Drivers

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum age: 23 years
• Minimum 18 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Safe driving record required
