Location: This position is based on-site at our Corporate office in Hunt Valley, Maryland, or remote from home.  

Key Responsibilities

• Phone Outreach: Use provided tools and training to help resolve delinquent accounts for respected clients, including state governments, corporations, and other organizations.
• Negotiation and Payment Resolution: Apply analytical and persuasive skills to resolve accounts and support secure payment processing through our online payment portal.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time account notes while following federal and state collection laws, required disclosures, and company compliance standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $16.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated success.
• Bonus Potential: Uncapped, performance-based monthly bonuses that can add significant additional earnings.
• Total Earning Potential: Strong performers can realistically earn the equivalent of $38.00–$44.00 per hour with monthly bonuses.
