HVAC Service Technician - Full-time

Pay Range: $25-$35/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:  Responsibilities as outlined below and additional duties as required/assigned by the Service Manager

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for both commercial and residential customers, diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems
• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck.
• Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Be accurate and timely with all paperwork

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• EPA Certification
