What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and schedule field technicians and office staff
• - Own dispatch, capacity, and daily job flow
• - Track KPIs - revenue, close rates, callbacks, reviews
• - Coach the team and hold quality standards
• - Partner with ownership on growth

What We're Looking For

• Operations or field-service management experience (HVAC/plumbing a plus)
• - Strong leadership and communication skills
• - Comfortable with field-service software and numbers
• - Valid driver's license
