Seeking an experienced RN Administrative Director to oversee hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating inpatient, ancillary, and support departments while ensuring quality patient care, operational efficiency, and effective staff leadership.

Pay: $90/hour (All-Inclusive)
Schedule:
- Nights, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 8-hour non-billable orientation.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced RN Administrative Director to oversee hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating inpatient, ancillary, and support departments while ensuring quality patient care, operational efficiency, and effective staff leadership.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN License.
- BSN or higher required.
- Minimum 3 years of successful healthcare leadership experience.
- Acute care hospital leadership experience required.
- Experience managing emergency, trauma, and critical care situations.
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required.
- Must have reliable transportation.

- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

- Work history, skills checklist, and one recent supervisory reference are required.
