Talent Acquisition Specialist - Now Hiring

Our client, a dynamic organization in the staffing and recruitment industry, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Business hours between 7:30AM-7:00PM - evening hours required for some interviews

What's the Job?

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria for potential candidates
• Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks
• Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking Systems

What's Needed?

• Work experience conducting interviews and managing candidates is required
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (HRSIS/ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability during evening hours and comfort with short-term project-based work
