POSITION OVERVIEW

EagleGrace Global LLC seeks a detail-oriented Mobile Field Safety Specialist to conduct on-site safety and welfare verifications for unaccompanied alien children (UAC) under a DHS contract. Operating in two-person field teams, you will travel to designated locations, perform compliance assessments, and maintain strict federal documentation standards.

This role requires flexibility, strong ethical judgment, and willingness to travel extensively—both within your home state and to locations across the United States.

 

GEOGRAPHIC DEPLOYMENT AREAS

Mid-Atlantic: Richmond/DC, VA • Pittsburgh, PA

Southeast: Atlanta/Warner Robins/Valdosta, GA • Nashville/Memphis, TN • Charlotte/Raleigh, NC • Charleston/Columbia, SC • New Orleans/Baton Rouge, LA

Midwest: Chicago, IL • Indianapolis, IN • Columbus/Cleveland, OH

Each region operates 1-3 two-person field teams based on caseload and geographic coverage needs.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Operations & Verifications

  • Conduct on-site physical safety, welfare, and compliance verifications in pairs with assigned partner
  • Execute federal safety protocols consistently and precisely
  • Document findings in real-time using mobile applications
  • Complete compliance reports immediately following each verification
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding vulnerable populations

Mobile Field Work & Travel

  • Local weeks: Operate within assigned regional territory; use personal or shared vehicle for travel to case sites
  • Out-of-state weeks: Travel to various U.S. locations on extended assignments (3-7 days per rotation)
  • Partner with assigned colleague to ensure dual verification and operational safety

Digital Reporting & Compliance

  • Clock in simultaneously with partner at designated hubs using secure mobile app
  • Log real-time GPS check-ins at field sites
  • Submit finalized compliance reports within 24 hours of verification completion
  • Maintain accurate mileage and expense documentation

Team Coordination

  • Communicate regularly with assigned partner and supervisor
  • Rotate reporting responsibilities weekly to ensure objective documentation
  • Escalate sensitive or complex cases to supervisor immediately

POSITION STRUCTURE & TRAVEL LOGISTICS

Local Deployment (Weeks within home state)

  • Travel to case sites via personal vehicle or carpool with partner
  • Mileage reimbursed bi-weekly at standard IRS business rate
  • Daily per diem for meals as needed per GSA guidelines

OUT-OF-STATE DEPLOYMENT (Extended Multi-State Assignments)

  • Company-paid airfare (economy), lodging, and ground transportation or vehicle rental (compact/mid-size)
  • Daily meal per diem per GSA rates for assignment location
  • Supervisor pre-approval required for all out-of-state travel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Sociology Public or related field

Transportation & Licensing

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle for local field operations
  • Clean driving record (no major violations in past 5 years)

Security & Compliance

  • Ability to obtain federal background investigation and DHS security clearance
  • Willingness to complete Standard Form 85P and DHS vetting requirements
  • Valid government-issued photo ID

Skills & Attributes

  • Proficiency with mobile apps and digital reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing assignments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a two-person team
  • Comfort with frequent travel (40-50% out-of-state)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience working with immigrant or vulnerable populations
  • Previous field-based investigation or compliance work

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 per year (based on experience)
