We're seeking a Marketing Representative who plays a vital role within the marketing team within Staffing by driving lead generation, supporting various campaign activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. As an individual contributor reporting to the marketing manager, this position involves occasional local travel and hands-on involvement in mixed marketing campaigns, utilizing manual reporting tools to track sales performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base
• Conduct client outreach to nurture and maintain relationships
• Assist with the execution of diverse marketing campaigns
• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Prepare and deliver sales and campaign reports manually

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in marketing
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Experience in content creation and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and sales techniques
• Familiarity with analytics and time management
