Collections Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage outbound B2B accounts receivable and client relations. This role focuses on commercial leasing collections, requiring a strong balance of firm account management and exceptional customer service. You will interact directly with our major business clients, resolve payment discrepancies, and manage cash applications.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Actively contact B2B clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in commercial leasing collections is required. (Please note: We are not looking for third-party agency experience).
• Client Relations: Maintain strong professional relationships with key corporate accounts through excellent verbal and written communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential.
• Financial Administration: Background in basic accounting principles and cash application processes.
• Education: A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Hybrid Structure: This role requires you to work on-site at our Burlington, NJ office every Wednesday and Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week (subject to change based on operational needs).
• Onboarding: To ensure proper training, you must work fully on-site in the Burlington, NJ office for your first 30 days.
