Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Clinic Administrator to lead the daily operations of our established specialty medical clinic HRMN Health located in Meridian, Idaho. Our privately owned, cash-pay hormone and wellness practice has earned an outstanding reputation in the Treasure Valley, and we are entering an exciting phase of growth.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy outpatient medical clinic
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Manage employee performance, accountability, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Ensure excellent patient service and an exceptional patient experience
- Develop and improve operational workflows and clinic efficiency
- Partner with ownership to support strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and clinic procedures
- Address employee concerns professionally and foster a positive, accountable workplace culture
- Monitor key operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support scheduling, staffing, inventory, vendor relationships, and general office operations
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinic management or healthcare leadership experience
- Demonstrated HR experience, including employee relations, hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Strong people leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with EHR systems
Preferred
- Experience in a private medical practice, specialty clinic, or cash-pay healthcare environment
- Experience managing operational growth and implementing new processes
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not required)
