Job Description:
The Warehouse Scanner is responsible for accurately scanning, tracking, and recording inventory movements using handheld RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS). This position ensures inventory accuracy and supports efficient warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
-Scan inbound and outbound products using RF scanners.
-Verify product quantities, locations, and item information.
-Update inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS).
-Label and stage products accurately for storage and shipment.
-Support receiving, shipping, and inventory control operations.
-Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products promptly.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
Pay Scale: Not applicable
Shift: Inquire about shift availbility
Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
-Experience using RF scanners and/or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
-Basic computer and data entry skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Effective communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
-Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
