Prepares and processes daily domestic and international shipments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Review the shipping report, print pick tickets, and prioritize shipments accordingly
· Interface with Sales and Production departments as required
· Pull and audit the parts listed on the pick tickets
· Package product per standard shipping guidelines to protect the product during transit
· Process the shipments through our ERP systems as well as UPS and FedEx software
· Verify outgoing shipments meet any applicable customer specifications per sales order notes
· Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
· Process incoming deliveries from shipper
· Receive parts into stores or inspection
· Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced production environment
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Experience in processing international shipments
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong attention to detail
· Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus
· Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager online shipping methods is a plus
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not supervise others.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED); 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Compensation details: 22-25 Hourly Wage
