Whether you’ve just passed the Arizona bar or have 1–2 years of courtroom experience, this role offers hands‐on litigation, mentorship, and rapid professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Litigate collection matters and enforce judgments across Arizona
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision
• Conduct debtor exams, garnishments, and other enforcement actions
• Build recovery strategies using financial records and asset research
• Represent clients in hearings and negotiations
• Work closely with senior attorneys to refine litigation skills

What You Bring

• Arizona Bar membership (or pending admission)
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Confidence in court or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
