Job Description
We are a trusted New York litigation firm known for handling complex, high-stakes matters with precision and skill. We are seeking an experienced Toxic Tort Litigation Attorney to join our team and support our growing caseload involving environmental exposure, product liability, and mass tort claims.
Responsibilities
-Handle all phases of toxic tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
-Manage a diversified caseload involving environmental exposure, chemical and asbestos-related claims, and other mass tort matters
-Conduct legal research, draft briefs, and prepare strategic case assessments
-Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
-Work closely with partners, experts, and clients to develop legal strategies
-Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals as needed
Qualifications
-JD and admission to the New York Bar required, NJ is a plus
-3+ years of toxic tort and/or complex litigation experience
-Strong knowledge of environmental exposure claims, product liability defenses, and mass tort procedures
-Excellent writing, research, and verbal advocacy skills
-Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment
-Strong client communication and case-management abilities
