Position Overview:

• Join an established wood products manufacturing operation supporting construction and building industries
• Work in a fast-paced mill environment maintaining essential production equipment
• Evaluation-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential with a stable employer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery to support daily mill operations
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Work closely with production teams while following safety procedures and operational standards
