Balance Staffing is hiring an experienced Bottling Maintenance Mechanic for a leading manufacturing company in Austin. If you have industrial maintenance experience and enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bottling and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, drive systems, and mechanical components.
• Complete machine changeovers for different product and container sizes.
• Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Identify equipment improvements to increase production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience with:
• • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
• Ability to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
• Weekend and holiday work may be required.
• Pay: $29.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on experience.
