Job Description
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support a construction site by performing a variety of general labor tasks. You will assist with site cleanup, complete miscellaneous assignments for the supervisor, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities- Perform general labor duties throughout the job site as directed by the supervisor.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe, organized, and debris-free environment.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.
- Assist with site wrap-up activities, including organizing materials and preparing the site for the next phase of work or project completion.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure to support construction activities.
- Support basic carpentry-related tasks under supervision, including material handling and simple construction assistance.
- Follow work instructions and procedures carefully to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate any safety concerns, hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly
- Experience performing general labor duties in a construction, production, or similar environment.
- Ability to safely and effectively use basic power tools.
- Ability to use common hand tools for general labor and light carpentry work.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tasks and building materials.
- Strong reliability and attendance record.
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Previous construction, production, or facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist in multiple areas as needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based on an active construction site and involves physical labor, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying materials, and working with various tools throughout the shift. Employees may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and dust and must wear appropriate work attire and required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
