CNC Machinist (Night Shift)
Location: Kansas City, KS
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday – Friday) | Enjoy your weekends off!
Pay Range: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a night-shift CNC Machinist, you will be the backbone of the late-night precision operations.
- Setup & Execute: Set up, program, and operate 3 and 5-axis CNC machines to craft high-quality heavy manufacturing components.
- Blueprint to Reality: Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and complex machine specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect your finished products using calipers and tape measures, ensuring every component meets rigorous quality standards.
- Troubleshoot on the Fly: Use your problem-solving skills to adjust G-code, tweak setups, and maintain a smooth, independent workflow.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in craftsmanship.
- Proven Experience: Solid background operating CNC machines in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort reading blueprints, working with G-code, and utilizing precision measuring tools (calipers, tape measures).
- Independence: The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. You know what needs to be done, and you get it done.
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED.
