A prominent Philadelphia-based firm with a well-regarded Litigation Department is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its team. This in-office position offers the opportunity to gain high-level experience on sophisticated commercial litigation matters alongside seasoned litigators. The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will bring strong academic credentials, sharp legal research and writing skills, and command of civil procedure in both state and federal courts to a practice that handles complex, high-stakes disputes for a diverse client base.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong academic record
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- In-depth knowledge of the rules of civil procedure for state and federal courts
Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters across all phases of the litigation lifecycle
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Apply state and federal rules of civil procedure in active litigation matters
