Shipping Clerk's Needed

Growing and dynamic company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Shipping Clerk's for 1st Shift 5am to 1:30pm

•Job offers: 5am to 1:30pm - Monday to Friday
•Training Hours: Start 8am for 4 to 7 hours for the first few days - Monday to Friday
•Temporary contract role with a possibility for an extension based on performance

**Upon a conditional offer, company will administer a criminal background check
**Upon a conditional offer, hired applicant will be required to get a blood test completed which tests for pathogens to ensure that there are NO pathogens that may be harmful to products stored on site at facility
**Individuals selected would be working in the warehouse area and walking the product into the freezer area, with minimal time spent in the freezer.

Job Duties:
•Proficient in Pack-Out and Shipping of Finished Goods (Domestic/International)
•WIP and Finished Goods Inventory Management (i.e. Inventory logs)
•Organization of Finished Goods freezer (i.e. releasing lots).
Temporary associate will be walking into a freezer environment.
•Going into a large walk in storage freezer to place milk bottles into the freezers.
•Re-Bagging and re-labeling of Finished Foods.
•Interact with Fed Ex, UPS, and other computer systems in order to accomplish the day-to-day activities.
•Communicate with other departments as needed (i.e. QA, Warehouse).
•Receiving and breaking down of returning coolers from hospitals.
•Preparation of Dry Ice bags for Shipping.
•Maintain 5S in their work area.
•Look for continuous improvements’ opportunities.
•Support problem-solving small group activities.

Company will be providing the following:
•Voucher to buy steel toe shoes
•Safety Shoes and Over Boots or Captive Boots
•Safety glasses, goggles, and face shields
•Gloves (Cut and Chemical resistant)
•Poly sleeves and aprons
•Freezer jacket and overalls
•PPE equipment as needed Candidate would be using: NPD One-Step Germicidal Detergent is a liquid concentrate specifically formulated for the disinfection of hard surface of their working area, only. Concentrated acidic disinfectant that can be used alone or in rotation with STERIS Vesphene III disinfectants for routine microbial contamination control for their working area, only.

Education:
•High School Diploma or GED required and will be verified for completion as part of background check process
