Job Description
We are seeking experienced Concrete Carpenters to join a growing construction team working on a variety of commercial concrete projects. This position is a hands-on role responsible for building, assembling, and installing concrete forms, assisting with concrete placement, and supporting daily construction operations. Successful candidates will be comfortable working outdoors, reading construction drawings, and using a wide range of carpentry tools.
Responsibilities- Construct, set, and dismantle concrete forms for commercial construction projects.
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork according to project layouts and specifications.
- Assist with concrete pours, ensuring forms remain aligned and secure throughout the process.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to complete work accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with other craft professionals to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Perform site preparation, layout work, and general carpentry related to concrete construction.
- Follow all company safety policies and jobsite requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, concrete work, or carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience building and installing concrete forms.
- Familiarity with standard construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors.
- Experience with tilt-wall, cast-in-place, or structural concrete projects.
- Knowledge of concrete forming systems and general construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Work EnvironmentProjects are primarily commercial construction sites throughout the Spokane and surrounding areas. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
