Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Fleet & Safety Program Coordinator to support critical safety, fleet, and compliance initiatives across a growing organization. In this role, you'll oversee fleet and driver administration, monitor safety technology platforms, support compliance programs, maintain critical records, and provide operational support to a collaborative Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) team. What You'll DoFleet & Safety Program Management- Manage and administer the company's fleet safety and dashcam program, including daily monitoring and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate driver, vehicle, and fleet records across multiple systems.
- Review safety events and incidents, escalating items to appropriate stakeholders for coaching, recognition, or investigation.
- Support vehicle assignments, fleet compliance activities, and operational reporting.
- Maintain safety, compliance, training, and investigation records with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with incident investigations by gathering documentation and organizing supporting information.
- Ensure all required training records and certifications remain current and audit-ready.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing safety, environmental, and fleet-related initiatives.
- Generate reports, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision making.
- Review and validate information across multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Utilize Excel and other technology platforms to identify trends, improve processes, and support operational goals.
- Draft and distribute professional communications related to safety programs, compliance initiatives, and operational updates.
- Coordinate communications, reminders, announcements, and program updates across various teams.
- Partner with employees, managers, and field personnel to support fleet and safety objectives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ year of experience in fleet administration, program coordination, compliance, safety administration, operations support, or a related field.
- Experience managing records, documentation, and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, or dashcam technology such as Samsara.
- Experience supporting field operations, transportation, logistics, or service-based organizations.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, analytics, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Work EnvironmentThis position follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at a corporate headquarters in downtown St. Paul and two days remote. You'll work closely with a collaborative Safety, Health & Environmental team while utilizing modern technology platforms, reporting tools, and fleet management systems to support operational excellence.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.85/hr.
