Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for half-day (4 hours) of help once per week with our 1. 5-year-old as we look to welcome our second baby in August. She is a fun-loving toddler but does require a lot of attention and engagement. She loves the outdoors and active play time. Her nap schedule is a bit inconsistent with some days being a 1 nap day and others being a 2 nap day. We are trying to get her to eat more solid food and transition to less milk.
