Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great sitter for 1 parrot and 2 cats. Please be active - playing and exercising are important. You should be comfortable picking up waste/scooping litter box/etc. Feeding and water dishes is needed at least twice a day. Most important to be comfortable with caring for large parrots, it is a green wing macaw. We have someone for the cats currently but just adopted the parrot.
