Busy real estate closing firm in Palm Beach Gardens is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and keep our files moving. Great fit for someone early in their career who is organized, friendly, and comfortable juggling phones, people, and paperwork. You'll answer and direct calls, greet clients and realtors in person, open new files when contracts come in, order title and related items, and enter file information into our software. Real estate or law office experience is a plus but not required - we'll train the right person. We're looking for someone dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail, a warm phone and in-person manner, and comfort learning new systems. Full-time, in-office.
